What do you think of when you hear the phrase, “spelling bee”? Well, I think of a judge calling up a nervous contestant and asking them to spell the word given. Spelling bees have happened for such a long time now. There is even a company called the Scripps National Spelling Bee that gives spelling lists to schools to have their spelling bees.
So, every year Infinity Institute holds its spelling bee competition too. Last year, the winner was Sanjit Sunkara. This year the winning word was lieutenant.
