Each year, Infinity Institute holds the school science fair! To be selected to participate in the school science fair, the student must have an eligible science fair idea and a neat presentation to be picked by the science teacher in order to participate.
Every year, there are many amazing science fair experiments by each student! This year the expectation was no less and it exceeded expectations. New innovative experiments and extraordinary discoveries were competing! Some hypotheses were rejected and others were accepted, but either way the science fair presentations always seem to have a creative edge to them as well as trying to solve real world problems. Let us also thank our science teacher, Ms. Wezenter, for all of her hard work and dedication toward this event!
This year, the same as last year, middle schoolers had to complete their data, materials, procedures, variables, images, and videos during the summer as part of the science summer homework assignment. However, this year, everyone presented using their chromebooks without making boards beforehand. Ms.Wezenter had to choose the most appropriate science fair experiments and great presentations for the school science fair, and out of those members only three would move onto the district level from each grade.
The judges this year were some of the teachers from Infinity Institute and some high schoolers as well as the science supervisor, Ms. Patricia Hudak. Thank you to the judges who took time out of their schedules to judge the science fair candidates.
